It is advisable to book early to benefit from best flight prices and be sure to avoid disappointment, particularly on school and public holidays which get very booked up well in advance.
To Book a Holiday first check out the flight prices on the dates you wish to travel (Link see Getting there/flights) then if you wish to proceed email us with your dates and preferred choice of accommodation and we will confirm availability and confirm the booking. Then you can book your flights and pay the deposit for the holiday. We do not offer less than a week package.
CHOICE OF RESORT
Your accommodation will be in our main eco-village resort.
However you can request to stay in the smaller, quieter eco-village which has the same accommodation options, restaurant, beach and snorkelling. It offers a simple and quiet atmosphere for those who want total relaxation.
This second ecovillage is one hour from Marsa Alam airport and is located in the bay nearest to the Dolphin House reef, so your day boat trip to the dolphins departs from the beachside.
From our main resort you are given a 30 minute transfer to the day boat trip to the dolphins.Let us know if you would prefer this option.
Prices Include
• All dolphin Swims, unlimited house reef snorkelling, on off-site snorkelling excursion, airport transfers and accommodation with full board including soft drinks, mineral water, coffee & tea. (14 nights = up to 6 Dolphin Swims).
Prices do NOT include:
• International flights
• Egyptian Marine Park environmental tax of 15 Euros per visit to Dolphin House reef (from 6 years old) for divers and snorkellers, flights, entry visas (£13), travel insurance or tips.
• Beer, crisps, chocolate, ice-cream and souvenirs are for sale on site.
ON-SITE EQUIPMENT RENTAL
in Euros payable on site. Sizes are Small/ Med/ Large for Adults only.
• Full Wet-Suit per day 7 Euros
• Half Wet-Suit Per day 4 Euros
• Mask & Snorkel per day 3 Euros
• Booties per day 3 Euros

BOOKING PROCEDURE
• We prefer payment in sterling by cheque to ‘The Dolphin Connection’ This is an ‘ in Trust for Clients Account’
• You can pay by PayPal – ask us to invoice you by email (+ 4% processing fee)
• You can pay by bank transfers and make Euro payments
• All prices are set in £ sterling and prices may change due to variations in currency exchange rates and suppliers’ price rises
• All activities (including dolphin swims and snorkelling) are weather dependent
• There is a 15 Euro Marine Park tax on each visit to Dolphin House payable on site
• There is a 10% service tax on purchases made within Egypt
• Comprehensive travel insurance must be purchased before departure

YOUR SECURITY
‘Dolphinswims’ operates a Trust Account, meeting the UK and EC regulations regarding travel and package holidays, providing 100% financial security to customers. This means that your money will be refunded in the unlikely event of our withdrawing our services or insolvency. The deposit is non- refundable. Your money will be held and not distributed to our suppliers until your return from holiday.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:.
