Rosetta
Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh Cruise & Stay Programme:
Guests spend the first 4 nights at the Rosetta Hotel on B&B basis and dive with Emperor Divers for the first 3 days with 2 dives per day. Then they transfer to the Tempest for a 3 day / 3 night mini safari to visit some of the wrecks in the northern red sea. |

The Rosetta Hotel is situated in Naama Bay, a short stroll from the beach, shopping and night life. The 184 rooms are all air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, fridge, phone and satellite TV. The hotel is built in a 'desert style' and combining local architecture with modern facilities. Room clusters are extensively landscaped whilst the reception area has an impressive domed roof. The Rosetta is built on different levels, being one of the highest hotels in the bay. Facilities include a bank, Italian restaurant, Bedouin tent and night club. There is a selection of restaurants featuring European and Eastern cuisine and a recently opened pub. Guests can use the beach at the Tropicana Grand Oasis with a shuttle bus running daily. There are several swimming pools within the hotel confines and Emperor Divers is right next door. Emperor divers will already be familiar to many UK divers. They have consistently been voted by Dive Centre of the Year by Diver readers and have centres in all the most popular Red Sea Resorts. Their centre in Sharm is a PADI 5 Star Gold Palm Resort and PADI 5 Star CDC centre. Training facilities include heated training pool and 5 classrooms. They also offer a full range of technical diving courses, photo courses and rental. Daily boats leaving from Naama Bay or Sharm Marina visit all the famous local sites such as the Straits of Tiran and Ras Mohammed. There is also shore diving from their facility right on the beach. M/Y Tempest is a new dedicated Cruise and Stay boat, part of the prestigious Tornado Marine Fleet, builders and owners of the award winning boats Hurricane, Typhoon and Cyclone. She is 25 meters in length and accommodates 12 guests in en-suite cabins. Fully air conditioned throughout she has all the facilities and comfort of her big sisters. She is fully equipped with nitrox and 1 zodiac and offers a fantastic option to those looking for their initial taste of liveaboard diving. Meals, water, tea/coffee, soft drinks and snacks are included, as well as tank and weights. There are three dives per day plus night dives and sites visited include the famous Thistlegorm and the wrecks at Abhu Nuhas. |

Marina Lodge, Marsa Alam Cruise & Stay Programme includes:
Emperor Divers operate from the Marina Lodge adjacent to the Port at Marsa Ghareb. With European management and an excellent dive centre Emperor are outstanding in both service and safety. Facilities include Nitrox, training pool and inventory of well maintained hire equipment. An extensive range of PADI courses are available. Daily boats, leaving from Marsa Alam, visit local sites including the famous Elphinstone Reef and Dolphin house, home to a pod of spinner dolphins. Other local shore sites are visited using Emperors mini buses. M/Y Pegasus - already a favourite with UK divers, has recently been refitted after a period operating in Sudan and is fully equipped with nitrox and 1 zodiac. At 27m in length Pegasus is impressive in size and she can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests in twin share cabins with shared bathroom facilities. She is air-conditioned in the saloon and cabins and offers TV, stereo and video facilities as well as a spacious dive and sun deck to maximise the enjoyment of your holiday. They offer 3 dives per day plus a night dive where suitable. Meals, water, tea/coffee, soft drinks and snacks are included, as well as tank and weights. Sites visited include Fury Shoal and the remote reef complex known as St Johns near the Sudan border. |
