Please book early particularly on school and public holidays. The best months are between March - November, although the dolphins are resident all year, it is easier to see them and swim with them in the warmer months when the sea is calm. We can accept bookings for groups of 6 or more in Dec - Feb. The winter months can sometimes be windy, but if your boat trip is cancelled we will endeavour to make it up during your stay, though please understand we do not control the weather!

If you wish, we will arrange flights for you if you are departing from the UK. Flights must be paid for by credit card - your payment goes directly to the ABTA/ATOL Travel Agent and you will receive full confirmation from them. We cannot accept flight payments by cheque or bank transfer.

We will arrange your holiday on dates that suit you for as many days as you wish.

UK f lights leave Gatwick on Fridays and Tuesdays to Hurghada, and on Wednesdays to Marsa Alam. Flight time is approx. 5 hours. Transfers: 40-60 minutes from Marsa Alam or 3.5-4 hours from Hurghada. Flight costs vary according to the time of booking, but average £300. In the event of flights being unavailable at the time of booking your deposit will be returned or transferred at your preference. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

For non-UK departures, flights leave from major airports in Germany and most countries in Europe and Scandinavia. Let us know your proposed travel times and we will make reservations and arrange transfers to suit you.

Please do not book a flight until we have confirmed your holiday reservation.

PRICES

DOLPHIN SWIMS prices include up to 3 days Dolphin Swims, unlimited house reef snorkelling, an off-site snorkelling excursion, airport transfers and accommodation with full board including soft drinks, mineral water, coffee & tea. (14 nights = 6 Dolphin Swims).

Child rates apply up to 10 years old (6 - 9 yrs) when sharing with an adult. Babies (0 - 5 yrs) Free.
Prices do not include Egyptian Marine Park environmental tax of 15 Euros per visit to Dolphin House reef (from 6 years old) for divers and snorkellers, flights, entry visas (£8), travel insurance or tips.

We recommend a tip of about £20 per guest or the equivalent in Euros or local currency per week. There is a collection box for tips for the dive guides and other staff in the cafeteria or reception, which goes to all the shore based staff. Boat crews and drivers are not included, you may wish to tip them personally on the day.

On-site and excursion prices are in Euros, the local shops will take any currency. Beer, crisps, chocolate, ice-cream and souveniers are for sale on site.

A £200 non-refundable deposit per person secures your Wild and Free Dolphin Swim Holiday booking. Balances are due 90 days before the start of your holiday.

• All prices are set in £ sterling and prices may change due to variations in currency exchange rates and suppliers' price rises
• All activities (including dolphin swims and snorkelling) are weather dependent
• There is a 15 Euro Marine Park tax on each visit to Dolphin House payable on site
• There is a 10% service tax on purchases made within Egypt
• Flights are not included
• Comprehensive travel insurance must be purchased before departure

PLEASE NOTE: Transfers to/from Luxor are not included and are charged at 150 euros for 1 person (one way), 120 euros each for 2 people (return), 100 euros for each for 3 or4 (return) and 80 euros each for 5 or more (return). Children 6 - 10 are half price, under 6's are free.

Wild and Free operates a Trust Account, meeting the UK and EC regulations regarding travel and package holidays, providing 100% financial security to customers. This means that your money will be refunded in the unlikely event of our withdrawing our services or insolvency. The deposit is non- refundable. Your money will be held and not distributed to our suppliers until your return from holiday.

ON-SITE EQUIPMENT RENTAL Rates are per person per day payable on site in Euros. Sizes are Small/ Med/ Large for Adults only. Add 10% local sales tax.
