An altogether unforgettable experience!
The group were great, the crew great and the dolphin encounters great. The sense of privilege when these magnificent mammals choose to swim with you is indescribable. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and I am definitely coming back.
I have swum with wild dolphins many times and this was one of the best trips I've been on- if not the best!

The Dolphin Safari was the BEST thing I've ever done in my life. The whole week was magical. Swimming with the dolphins was incredible, on some of the swims they came soooo close... inches from me, I will never forget that.
Everything about the holiday was perfect... The coral reefs were gorgeous, the amazing sunsets, I LOVED our beach party, and the safari staff were so friendly and nice, and the food was great too, and it was awesome how everyone on the trip got on really well... I've made some wonderful friends from the trip.
I could write about it forever and ever! It was the best week of my life and I can't wait to return next year.

Having looked at a number of "Swim with Dolphins" websites, we chose to go with 'Wild and Free'. It turned out to be a wonderful decision as the actual experience exceeded our expectations. The boat was lovely and everyone on board, from Ruth - the safari organiser - to each member of the crew, was friendly and supportive.
Ruth was very knowledgeable about dolphins' habitats, movement patterns, behaviour and needs and we learned a lot of useful and fascinating information. The ethos on board was excellent; we were guests of the dolphins in their own backyard and it was incumbent on us to respect them. The crew were experts in spotting dolphins and the when the shout "Dolphins" would go up, the atmosphere amongst all on board was electric as we tumbled into the outboard motorboat in order to set off towards the dolphins.
The experiences we had in the sea with the dolphins were sublime; we felt so privileged that they allowed us to be amongst them. I am not a wonderful swimmer and I was very grateful to Ruth's husband who helped me through the water at a speed I can normally only dream of. If you have the chance, go 'Wild and Free'.

Thank you so much 'Wild and Free' for giving us a truly memorable and fantastic holiday. With just 12 of us on safari we had the luxury of cruising gently through the warm, crystal clear waters of the Red Sea, snorkelling and diving at fish abundant reefs, partying by a bonfire under the stars on a desert island and of course the intimate pleasure and privilege of swimming with wild dolphin. Absolutely amazing!
Being on a boat, moored out at sea is just the most relaxing and self-energising experience ever, as are watching the incredible sunsets, swimming by moonlight and sleeping on deck under the stars. The hospitality and kindness of the crew was superb likewise the extensive culinary delights served at breakfast, lunch and dinner and all from such a small galley!
Our first trip to Egypt has definitely left us wanting more and we'll certainly be heading back for the peace, tranquility and of course the much loved dolphins!

I have never been on a holiday where I enjoyed the company of my fellow travellers so much that I wanted to go back again - with the same bunch of people! So that's what many of us are doing next July.
The dolphins were incredible and the boat crew were wonderfully helpful. I loved that I could fit in so much diving around all the dolphin encounters too.
This time I am bringing a better camera, but even with a £5 disposable waterproof camera I still got some great shots.

For many years I was longing to swim with dolphins. Reading the offer on the internet, I had the strong feeling that being one week on the boat with 'Wild and Free' for the one and only purpose, to find dolphins we can swim with, my dream will come true! And it came - and even more! It was incredible, every morning at 6am a wake-up call from the crew "dolphins - dolphins" made us jump out of our beds and 3 minutes later we were sitting in the Zodiak to swim another minute later with lots of dolphins! And of course later the day as well several times! Thanks a lot to Ruth, Khalid and the team to enable a wonderful week with wonderful service, fun and ... dolphins!
