The Dolphin House Reef
For many of our guests, one of the most exciting activities is visiting the place locals have simply named “The Dolphin House”. One hour by boat from our resort lies an offshore reef that has been designated a Marine Park Reserve. Offering protection to beautiful corals and a vast spectrum of tropical fish, it is no surprise that a pod of wild dolphins has made this haven their home!
PADI Course
PADI courses from beginner to advanced available at the PADI certified Dive School on site at the resort – these can be arranged on arrival. We recommend “Discover Scuba Diving” below if you want to try out diving for the first time.. or really make the most of you holiday by getting your “Open Water Diver” qualification!
Adudabab – The Sea Turtle Beach
Abudabab is also a great place to relax on the beach under the palm shades. There are a sprinkling of colourful market stalls that line the beach, their cool cover and relaxed atmosphere far from the ‘baksheesh’ bustle of the busier town souks. The area has very diverse marine life and you can spend time snorkelling the reef and if you are lucky you may even see the Dugong or Sea cow which has recently been sighted there.
City Tours
Take a day to visit the bazaars and souks in the traditional and very old city of El Queseir, between Hurghada and Marsa Alam. It takes one and a half hours to reach El Queseir and you can spend the morning visiting the ancient Citadel Fortress of this traditional harbour city.

DAY TRIP TO LUXOR
Leave very early in the morning to travel by air conditioned car to see the temples at Luxor. Includes lunch, guide and entry fees to 3 sites. This can be reserved in advance and paid in cash Euros to the local guide, Khaled.
DRIFT SNORKELLING FROM THE ZODIACS Please book with your guide on site. Both of our Eco-sites are located next to exceptional reef beds and as a result, some of the most stunning marine life in the world is at your fingertips. For the more adventurous, the reef guides can take you out along the reef and drop you in specific points that allow the gentle current to assist you in exploring your way back to the beach. Remember – look but never touch! Reef drops are free and are subject to the availability of zodiacs/pilots between scuba dives.
DESERT EXCURSIONS The desert adventure company is situated in the bedouin tent on the beach at our Eco-Village. They will take in 4×4 jeeps out to the desert to camel ride and visit a Bedouin settlement for tea and coffee in the sunset. THE BEDOUIN LOUNGE – Join the Bedouin at the waters edge. Ideal for gathering with friends or spending a little time alone in quiet contemplation. Drink traditional Bedouin coffee or tea prepared over hot coals or try some Egyptian tobacco from a hookah (water pipe). A small fee is charged at the lounge.
