CITY TOUR and SHOPPING IN THE OLD CITY OF QUSEIR
Take a day to visit the bazaars in the traditional and very old city of Quseir, between Hurghada and Marsa Alam. The shops have a wide range of goods including shisha pipes, Egyptian cotton T-shirts and dresses, hand-made beaded bags and scarves from Aswan, glass lamps and ornaments, gold and silver jewelry and gemstones. Don’t spend your money in the hotel shops or beach stalls as the quality and prices vary greatly. We will provide a guide to take you to trusted local merchants.
Tour includes: English and Italian speaking guide, air-conditioned transport, tour of the Citadel Fortress, Shopping in the Bazaars, Seafood Lunch (meat or veggie available if you inform us at time of booking), visit to the old Granary, a Mosque, and wander the old streets and see the Fishermen’s Houses and way of life. Can be incorporated in with your return transfer to the airport on your last day or as a full day out.
